Orders & pickup
- Online orders are for pickup at our trailer. We'll prepare your order and call your name.
- Prices, flavors, and availability can change and may differ by location or season.
- We may need to cancel or refuse an order (for example, if an item runs out). If that happens and you've already paid, we'll refund you.
Payment
- Right now, online orders are paid at pickup.
- When card payment becomes available, it will be processed securely by a third-party processor (such as Stripe or Square). We don't store your card details.
Events & bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until we reply and agree on the details. Submitting the form does not guarantee a date.
Food & allergies
Our treats are made in an environment that also handles common allergens (including milk, nuts, and sugar). If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can help.

Please use the site honestly and don't try to break, overload, or misuse it.
